We have a diverse group of talented individuals who work together to achieve our mission of providing exceptional tech recruitment services to our clients and candidates, organised around specific functions or areas of expertise within tech, including Digital, Contract, Software Development and more!

    Our Digital team is responsible for recruiting top talent for a wide range of roles, including marketing, advertising, and digital media. They are experts in identifying and attracting candidates with the skills and experience necessary to excel in these dynamic and ever-evolving fields.

  2. Software Development

    The Software Development team is committed to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates, recruiting top talent for roles such as software development roles, including front-end and back-end developers, full-stack developers, software architects, and more.

  3. Contracts

    The Contracts team is highly skilled in contract recruitment strategies, using the latest tools and techniques to identify the best candidates for each role. They work closely with clients and candidates to understand their requirements and to develop customised recruitment strategies that deliver results.

  4. IT Support

    The IT Support team has a deep understanding of the technical skills required for IT support roles such as network engineer, IT managers and service desk analysts, as well as the soft skills necessary for success in the field, which helps provide guidance and support to job seekers and advice to employers on best practices for attracting and retaining IT support talent.

  5. Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps

    Our Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps teams play a crucial role in helping organisations build and maintain strong, efficient, and scalable technology infrastructure. They’re experts in understanding these fields and helping find the right talent such as cloud architects, platform engineers and devops engineers, who can drive our client’s technology initiatives forward.

    Our Operations teams consisting of HR, Admin, Finance and Marketing aren’t tech recruiters, but are what we like to call the ‘behind-the-scenes’ team! Helping our recruiters, clients and candidates with payments, employer branding, advertising, IT problems, event planning, content creation – and anything else they might need!

    We use a powerful CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system called Mercury, to streamline our processes and deliver the best possible results.

    Mercury allows us to store and organise all of our client and candidate information in one central location, making it easy to access and update as needed. This means we can quickly search for candidates with specific skills or experience and match them with relevant job openings.

    In addition, Mercury also enables us to track all communication with our clients and candidates, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. This helps us to stay organised and ensure that we’re providing timely and personalised service to everyone we work with.

    Overall, our use of CRM technology helps us to provide a seamless and efficient recruitment experience for both clients and candidates, allowing us to focus on what matters most: building strong relationships and connecting talented individuals with the right job opportunities!

  2. Candidate Care & Resources

    Our dedicated candidate care team are here to support candidates from accepting their offer to their first day on the job, answering key questions and providing key advice to make the process as smooth as possible.

Our Locations

In 2012 we opened our doors to our very first office on The Wirral in the UK, but today our growing team operates across six key offices in the UK, Europe, USA and most recently Australia!

  1. United Kingdom

    Our main HQ is based in the historic City of Chester, United Kingdom, with gorgeous city and racecourse views from the 5th floor balconies. Our Manchester office is in the heart of the city, home to our National Security & Defence team and the London office can be found in the main financial district of the City!

  2. Europe

    We launched our European operations in 2020, with Headquarters in Schipol, Amsterdam. Our EU team works with clients and candidates across the whole of Europe, including Spain and Germany!

  3. United States

    Our USA office is located in the bustling heart of Austin, just a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Light Rail Station! Our USA team works on a multitude of tech sectors, with remote, hybrid or in-office roles!

  4. Australia

    Our Australia office is located on Market Street in Sydney, just a 6 minute drive from Sydney Opera House! The AUS team has recently relocated from our main HQ in Chester, across to the other side of the country!
