People who want to work in IT usually find a dead end if they don't go to University or have no previous experience. I know I sure did as a College Leaver. My experience with Searchability has been quite lovely. Cameron and his colleagues have been very insightful and helpful throw-out the whole process. They listened to my needs and offered me related opportunities that matched my standards. The communication was balanced, which as a more introverted person I appreciated because I had some pretty awful experiences with previous extremely stressful agents from different organizations. I didn't feel ignored but I didn't feel overwhelmed from the intensity. After I got the job there was still a surprising good level of help with the related steps.
