THE HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR ROLE:
As the Manager of People andamp; Culture, you will be pivotal in shaping their workplace environment and enhancing their organizational culture. You will implement innovative HR strategies, lead initiatives that foster employee engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion throughout the studio. Your expertise will help them build a collaborative and high-performing team ready to tackle exciting new challenges!

HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR – ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or People andamp; Culture roles
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and talent management
  • Useful skills include:
  • Experience in the gaming industry or a creative field
  • Knowledge of remote work best practices and culture-building in a virtual environment
