We are looking for an experienced tech recruiter to join our busy National Security andamp; Defense recruitment team at an exciting period of growth.

RECRUITER ROLE:
We are keen to speak to experienced recruiters who want to unlock the next level of their career but may not have the tools or opportunity to do this in their current company. We have recruiters in the top 1% industry average for earnings, we’ve moved multiple consultants across the world to launch new offices (including right here in Austin, TX), and seen our graduates work their way right up to Director level. ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ Years experience in 360° agency recruitment – ideally IT / tech / digital
• Proven success in new business generation, account management and delivery
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced KPI driven environment
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong work ethic and ambition to drive success for yourself and your wider team
• Ability to use our core systems and working frameworks (previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Mercury, Indeed etc. is advantageous but full training will also be given)
• This is a full-time office based position, all candidates will need to be able to commute and work daily from our Austin, TX HQ
