WHO WE ARE?
We are looking for talented Jig and Tooling Engineer for a prestigious client in Stevenage to work on one of their latest projects in the Aerospace industry. Our teams are what leads us forward and we are therefore looking for the best talent to join us as we continue to bring the best to the table. There is a chance to gain SC security clearance.
WHAT WILL THE JIG AND TOOLING ENGINEER BE DOING?
We are looking for Engineers who will take responsibility for converting requirements into hardware ensuring safety, legal and company legislation are adhered to throughout.
THE JIG AND TOOLING ENGINEER SHOULD HAVE….
- Willingness and eligbility to undergo SC Level security clearance
- Experience with one or more of the following: Working in a manufacturing based design engineering role, experience using mechanical ground support equipment, knowledge of tooling manufacturing techniques
- Experience creating technical reports to cover usage and legislative impact of all equipment
- Experience communicating effectively with customers and suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience writing technical documentation writing
