Mercury allows us to store and organise all of our client and candidate information in one central location, making it easy to access and update as needed. This means we can quickly search for candidates with specific skills or experience and match them with relevant job openings.
In addition, Mercury also enables us to track all communication with our clients and candidates, including emails, phone calls, and meetings. This helps us to stay organised and ensure that we’re providing timely and personalised service to everyone we work with.

Our main HQ is based in the historic City of Chester, United Kingdom, with gorgeous city and racecourse views from the 5th floor balconies. Our Manchester office is in the heart of the city, home to our National Security & Defence team and the London office can be found in the main financial district of the City!
We launched our European operations in 2020, with Headquarters in Schipol, Amsterdam. Our EU team works with clients and candidates across the whole of Europe, including Spain and Germany!
Our USA office is located in the bustling heart of Austin, just a 15-minute walk from the Downtown Light Rail Station! Our USA team works on a multitude of tech sectors, with remote, hybrid or in-office roles!
Our Australia office is located on Market Street in Sydney, just a 6 minute drive from Sydney Opera House! The AUS team has recently relocated from our main HQ in Chester, across to the other side of the country!
