She always made sure to reach out via phone and/or email to keep me up to date with the interview and hiring process. She was quick to answer all my questions and was a great guide through the entire experience. On top of that she was able to help in negotiating a great salary for me! I've worked with other agencies in the past, all with highly adept recruiters, but by far I felt that Katie went a step above and was a real advocate for me.
