THE CHALLENGE
As a leading strategic partner to companies around the world, Capgemini require a high volume of both permanent and contract tech talent with deep industry expertise and a command of the fast-evolving fields of cloud, data artificial intelligence, connectivity, software, digital engineering, and platforms.
Not only are these skillsets consistently in high demand in the UK market, but many roles require varying levels of security clearance, making the challenge of sourcing the right talent even more demanding.
Capgemini were seeking a strategic partner who not only supplied the right talent for urgent vacancies but also supported their internal recruitment processes and added value across the wider recruitment lifecycle.

THE SOLUTION
With complex, high-volume and evolving tech hiring needs, we assembled a dedicated “Scalability” team at Searchability to ensure that:
- All consultants were fully immersed into Capgemini’s employer brand, processes, vision and culture
- We could effectively collaborate with tech specialists across all divisions of our brand whilst maintaining a seamless central point of contact approach for Capgemini, including a high level of support from our National Security & Defence division
- We had the right amount of resource to uphold the highest standard of candidate experience on Capgemini’s behalf
- We could activate enhanced recruitment advertising and sourcing power ensuring were always ahead of the competition for the supply of talent prospects
- We were able to offer strategic guidance and transparent advice to enhance Capgemini’s wider recruitment strategy, including process optimisation, DE&I support to attract more women in tech and enhancing the candidate experience for all candidates

THE RESULTS




Searchability demonstrate strong client and candidate management and communication skills, with our account manager Kelly taking the increasing lead during critical weekly calls. She has clearly built good working relationships the team around her and ensures the information and candidates presented to ourselves meet our highly driven standards.
They’re always responsive, have a high attention to detail and are keen to get involved in and drive opportunities for process improvement. This is evident in the weekly touchpoint calls which highlight all active candidates, current offers and assessments, any outstanding feedback and areas of concern for the onboarding of our new hires.
For example, Platform Engineering is an extremely busy area with a very specific candidate requirement, and I feel that Kelly and the team rise to the daily challenges of our role and candidate sourcing with brilliant communication, positivity, and teamwork, and I look forward to the continued relationship between Platform Engineering and Kelly and the wider team at Searchability.
